Makeup and hair services can be provided by request and will be an added expense. Th ecost varies per person but usually averages out to be $75-$120 per person. We usually don’t provide full makeup/hair services for corporate shoots and suggest everyone to come prepared. However, if you still need it, please clet us know so we can organize everything for you.

Please make sure all clothing is pressed, dry, and cleaned prior to the shoot. Also, try new clothes on before the shoot, we don't recommend you wear baggy, bulky fitting clothing. Make a final decision on the outfit for your employees before the shoot, also make sure that any corporate branded accessories, shirts/ties and so on have been proferly fitted and ironed prior to the shoot.

If you already have a certain website style and would like to replicate it, please let us know, so we can prepare/bring all the required equipment. On the other hand, if you're not quite sure on what background/style of the headshots you want to go with, you can always browse through our website or ask us and we will guide and help you to make the final decision.

Please ensure there is a 20min timeslot on each employees calendar for their scheduled session. Along with their designated time slot we find it helpful to send a reminder to your team members and ask them to come prepared and get rest and sleep well before the shoot. Make sure they are hydrated and do not change their makeup or general cleansing routine 4-5 days prior to teh shoot. Also, no tanning 10-15 days prior to the shoot.
We will provide you with contact information of our team for your building security in advance.

We always arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the first scheduled shoot time. That will give us a change to bring in the equipment and get it all set and ready to go. So we are on time for the first shoot.

We use modern professional gear and depending on your selected backdrop requirement. Only come with a backpack/regular suitcase so we don’t usually need a freight elevator. We will discuss any arrival instructions and security requirements prior to the shoot.

We don't need a lot of space, we can even set up in a hallway if needed. But, it's always better to have an allocated space, like a conference room, empty office, or even a openkitchen area. Some building also have a business center or a shared space to use for this specific purpose. The important thing is we minimize the impact your daily business. It will be more comfortable for your team members, so they can feel more relaxed during the shoot.

For larger corporate shoots its good to have someone from your company that is designated to manage all the employees and make sure we are staying on track and on time. At the beginning we will do a series of test photos before we start the actual shoot to make sure that everything looks exactly as you desire before we proceed with the main shoots.

We always bring a computer on all our photoshoots, we connect camera and review the photos in real-time to make sure that you got the picture you like and we can mark it for retouching.

Our retouching services include making any necessary adjustments to skin texture, removing any imperfections, adding brightness to teeth, hair editing, outfit adjustments, body sculpting (if needed), background corrections and everything else that you would like us to do. If you're planning to use these photos for your corporate website, we can even work directly with your web designer to make sure all the requirements are met.

We can always provide extra options for you, such as candid and group shots, that you can use as marketing materials. Just let us know if anything else is needed.

Our turnaround time is usually 24-48hrs for indivudual shoots and 5-7 business days for larger corporate shoots. But we can do it faster for a fee if you have a specific deadline.

This can be done is several ways. Normally, each employee will receive their own private and secure online photo gallery. Where they can view all the watermarked photos from the shoot and pick the photos they like most.

Or if you would prefer to designate a representative to manage the approval process for yor employees we can do that as well. It just depends on your companies preference.
